PROJECT 1 : The Dangerous Stairs to Upper Level, We Need Guard Rails

These are hazardous,especially at night and during the rainy season. We want to install stainless steel guard rails. We need stainless due to the harsh hot/humid environment

PROJECT 2 : Fix the Parish Bathrooms

These bathrooms were designed and built wrong,they never worked right. The walls and fixtures are salvageable, but the sewer and water lines need to be ripped out and redone. This is probably one of the more urgent projects as the Parish is critically short of bathrooms. There are 3 adjacent bathrooms in this condition

PROJECT 3 : Sala San Benito

This area above the garage was started and then abandoned. This area needs to be enclosed, and a bathroom put in. It would be used for a prayer area/meeting room and lounge for the Clergy and Parishioners. It has a really nice view.

Estimated cost PEN 11,000 (about $3400)

PROJECT 4 : Habitacion Santa Teresita

This unfinished area is adjacent to the completed Habitacion Ayuda Fraternal. We need to put a wall to separate it off, and then complete it with finished interior and windows,doors,and electrical wiring. It will most likely be used for temporary emergency lodging cases.

PROJECT 4 : Sala de la Fraternidad

This area unfinished area is adjacent to the completed Habitacion Ayuda Fraternal. It is currently used as a storage and laundry area. It needs finished interior,windows,doors and wiring. It would be used as a sudy/lounge area for the women students.
