Welcome

Santo Domingo de Guzman is a small parish in northern Peru in the town of Santo Domingo in the Province of Morropon. It is under resourced and struggles to serve its people.

The surrounding hamlets it serves are even poorer.This website is dedicated to helping them by telling their story, clearly stating their needs, collecting donations, and executing the mission.

We try to spend all money locally to provide jobs for the local people.

We are powered by the Holy Spirit.

EVENTS

GOOD NEWS ! Our PLAN 2024-2026 infrastructure program has concluded and all the incurred debt paid off. It was a resounding success. We wish to thank ALL the donors that made this possible. We completed our 2026 inspection tour of Santo Domingo in July 2026 (see Completed Projects Tab). As usual just getting there was an adventure.

We met with Padre Bentura and Padre Filiberto. First we inspected ALL the completed projects. Then we created our new PLAN 2027-28. This plan would finish in late 2028. See Current Projects for details. We have also implemented a new plan to help the village of Misquiz. This place is even more remote and under resourced than Santo Domingo. In 2025 we helped provide christmas treats to the people there. We are now increasing our efforts in this very under served and remote community. See the NEW Misquiz TAB for details
