Welcome

Santo Domingo de Guzman is a small parish in northern Peru in the town of Santo Domingo in the Province of Morropon. It is poor and struggles to serve its people.

The surrounding hamlets it serves are even poorer.This website is dedicated to helping them by telling their story, clearly stating their needs, collecting donations, and executing the mission.

We try to spend all money locally to provide jobs for the local people.

We are powered by the Holy Spirit.

EVENTS

GOOD NEWS ! Our 2025 infrastructure program has concluded. It was a resounding success. We finsihed the build out of the Habitacion Fraternal Ayuda. This is the Womens Students quarters and visting guest quarters with a common kitchen & bathroom. Our main goal for the first half of 2026 is eliminate the $$6000 PEN ($1800 USD) materials debt remaining from all this work. We are also, now starting with our next project of the build out of the Parish Community Room (Casa Parroquial). This includes windows and a bathroom.

FINALLY- See the Pictures of Padre Bentura's trip to Misquis to serve Christmas Paneton and Chocolate. FOSD is a Proud Contributor to this effort to serve a VERY remote and under served community. We have plans for an URGENT project in Misquis in 2026,stay tuned.
